NEW OLMET ITALY 3D MOULD INSTALLED IN SPAIN

We are proud to announce the successful supply and installation of a new Olmet production system in Spain, designed for the manufacturing of precast concrete single-block cells and roofs for transformer units.
The project includes:

formwork for the production of “single-block cells” for transformer units

-width: 2.400 mm.
-height: 3.010 mm.

– perimetric fixing joint thickness 20mm.

0°-180° tilting device suitable for 3d concrete elements
maximum load: 40 Tn.

-the tilter is equipped with 4 + 4 hydraulic arms.
– four arms are equipped with adjustable bars to manage the different widths of the elements
-oleodynamic pump + oleodynamic cylinders + electrical panel + on-board installations
