MOULD FOR COLUMNS INTALLED IN HUNGARY

Our 40 m Double Hydraulic Mould for Columns (100 × 100 cm) has been successfully commissioned at Mz Precast in Hungary.

MZ Precast is a manufacturer of precast reinforced concrete elements for industrial and commercial construction, focused on delivering high-quality structural solutions through modern production technologies.

The mould has been designed to maximize production flexibility and efficiency, featuring:

📌 40 m fully usable casting length

📌 4 independently movable side board modules (approximately 20 m each)

📌 Hydraulic opening and closing system

📌 Mechanical height adjustment for column production from 400 mm to 1,000 mm

📌 Robust steel structure with longitudinal and transverse profiles

📌 Sliding rails and silent-block supports to ensure precision, stability, and durability during operation

📌 Safe and efficient remote operation thanks to the radio remote control integrated into the side board opening and closing system.

 

This solution enables the production of high-quality precast columns while optimizing production cycles and reducing setup times.
